Baglio Campofranco is an excellent villa: great layout, quiet surroundings, and the service team is outstanding.

We had a wonderfully, relaxing holiday at Villa Baglio Campofranco. The villa is both spacious and impressive and the accommodation worked very well for our group of 9 people. The large grounds surrounding the villa are very peaceful with apricot and olive trees, providing beautiful and tranquil views. There were so many seating areas to enjoy around the property and we spent much of our time relaxing in the shade of the carob trees in the herb garden. The children spent most of their time enjoying the fantastic pool area. Nearby Donnalucata was a good place to visit for lunch and the nearest beach was only a 10-minute drive by car. Jim and Sabina who look after the property went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and to make our stay both relaxing and memorable. Sabina is a wonderful cook and we enjoyed the delicious meals she prepared for us. Overall, the villa exceeded our expectations and we didn’t want to leave!

A fantastic place to stay. So relaxing and very well looked after by Mitu and team. I can recommend the meals they cooked for us, as they were probably the best we had over our three weeks.

Baglio Campofranco is even more stunning than it looked in the photos and we had a wonderful stay. Mitu the caretaker, his wife and Sabine and Rosella could not have done more to make us feel welcome and enjoy our holiday. The property is gorgeous, spotlessly clean with a fabulous pool. We had three very young children in the group and they spent many happy hours playing in and around the pool, gardens and courtyard. There is a nice sandy beach very nearby with lovely shallow water which made a great quick outing in case there wasn’t enough to keep us entertained.

Excellent help from agents for last minute reservation, very fast and professional response (incl sunday and evenings). The house was fantastic (beautiful, very spacious, fantastic view, super quiet, very clean). We received excellent service from the local concierge (Mitu) who was very friendly and made us feel at home right away. He was available at anytime to help, and spontaneously brought fresh grapes, peaches, tomatoes,fresh baked indian bread,…
