House, garden and view are stunning. The villa is stylish, clean and very well equiped. Lorenzo is a perfect host. He is very responsive, reliable and has useful tips.

Fantastic villa in a great location and Lollo was so helpful. The kitchen was rather small to cook for 9 people in though but everything else was brilliant!

Villa Palmeto is a comfortable, hospitable home built with obvious love in an absolutely stunning setting at the edge of the sea. The warmth and beauty of the outdoor spaces, not least the gorgeous private access to the sea is unforgettable. Thank you Sicily4u and thank you Lorenzo for sharing this amazing experience with us. Can’t wait to return.

Lorenzo was very responsive when contacted and very helpful with any of our concerns. His villa was excellent, well maintained, clean the overall layout of villa was well thought out when it was built. Biggest concern was the limitation hot water tank in the 2nd unit but Lorenzo explained the situation. Would only recommend for this unit.

We had a really greattime at Villa Palmeto. The views are nice, the villa itself is also geat and we especially enjoyed snorkelling in our private bay. Also Lollo, the owner of the villa, was very friendly and helpful!

Fantastic views! Perfect sunsets! Lollo is friendly, helpfull and attentative! Very usefull advices also during the stay. You can go swimming/snorkling directly from the property – lots of fish and octopus. Very peacefull area, yet close to San vito. I can warmly recommend this property! Very small kitchen, but a nice outdoor large grill. Gravel road the last 800m. Steep driveway, and many steps to the sea (Not recommended for very eldery)

Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Aussicht war super und es war sehr ruhig. Der Vermieter Lorenzo hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns gut über den Ort informiert. Gute Gegend zum wandern.

Wir waren zu zweit Ende November/Anfang Dezember in San Vito in der Villa Palmeto und haben jeden Tag den wunderbaren weiten Blick über das Meer und die wechselnden vielfältigen Farben genossen – ebenso das riesengrosse Grundstück mit seinem eigenen Zugang zum Meer. Lollo hat uns herzlich empfangen und war innerhalb weniger Minuten am vereinbarten Treffpunkt und auch sonst immer erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die sehr freundliche, unaufdringliche und dennoch immer bekümmerte Betreuung duch Lollo vor Ort. Er hat uns auch auf den teilweise starken Wind in diesr Saison hingewiesen und darauf, dass wir dann die Fensterläden schliessen sollten. Es ist bei Wind tatsächlich sehr zügig im Haus. Dies ist aber auch das Einzige, was wir nicht sehr gut bewerten würden. Insgesamt haben wir die ruhige und abgelegene Lage und die tolle Aussicht sehr genossen.

The house was as good as expected based on the description on the website. (It would be good to mention the private access to the sea [snorkeling!]). The owner was extremely helpful and his hospitality made our arrival at this wonderful place even more pleasant (the local sandwiches and pastries together with the wine were delicious). We were traveling during the high-season of mosquitos and greatly appreciated the mosquito screens at all windows.
