Villa Aronica is the only private villa with a swimming pool in San Vito Lo Capo, within walking distance to the village. The villa is tastefully decorated and is located in a particularly favorable position, just on the edge of San Vito Lo Capo, with only a 7-minute walk to the large sandy beach, which is considered one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Italy. A path from the entrance gate leads through a Mediterranean garden with pine, palm, and olive trees, as well as typical shrubs, to the vast sun terraces, pool area, and the entrance to the villa.
From the terrace, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the sea and the famous mountain of San Vito Lo Capo. The terraces are equipped with a variety of lounge, dining, and sunbathing furniture, with superior parasols for shade when needed. The covered terrace (Pergola), which also boasts an outdoor kitchen and a large dining table, is the perfect setting for dining al fresco. The upper terrace also offers attractive lounge furniture. The pool area is equipped with comfortable sunbeds, a parasol, a breakfast table, and a hammock. The owners have thought of everything, including a small playground behind the pool area for younger guests.
Villa Aronica is light and modern, with cream and sand colors predominating, giving the villa a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The pool area is located right next to the villa and is equipped with an outdoor shower. At the back of the pool area and playground, there is a solid, specially built BBQ.
Villa Aronica is perfect for guests who wish to explore the western part of Sicily, enjoy hiking, climbing, diving, or simply relax on the famous white sandy beach of San Vito Lo Capo and by the pool. It’s only a 1-minute drive or a 5-minute walk to reach the beach of San Vito Lo Capo. San Vito Lo Capo is also known for its famous annual couscous festival, excellent restaurants, and the nearby Zingaro and Monte Cofano Nature Reserves. The town also features a climbing wall, which has gained recognition among the climbing community in recent years.

The outdoor kitchen and drinks fridge were a huge hit and the pool was lovely. The villa was gorgeous and we loved cycling and walking into San Vito, swimming in the sea, climbing the rock and our day trip to Trapani (about 45 minutes away). We would definitely return to this villa.

A total of four families holidaying together (with 7 children). Fantastic surrounding views.. from the sea to the mountain behind. Plenty of activities, pool, play area, football pitch for children to entertain themselves. Lots of space for the adults to relax and enjoy the tranquillity and the cooling sea breeze. The Villa is located far enough away from the town for one to enjoy the peace & quiet, yet close enough to the shops and most importantly the beach! Plus a superb BBQ area! We wanted for nothing. All the rooms were of a good size and well set up. It’s very well maintained and furnished with everything you need. Finally the Villa is extremely well managed by Salvatore and any additional requests we made were handled quickly and efficiently, nothing was too much trouble. It made for a very enjoyable week. Highly recommended, would definitely use again.
We were four families and 15 people in total. Cannot beat the awesomeness of this location. San Vito lo Capo and Sicily are just both amazing. The villa was great – we had two extra single beds brought in which worked well for the kids. We were 8 adults and 7 kids and there was enough space. We couldn’t have been more happy with the villa and location. One recommendation is to book your beach chairs before you come. The beach is crazy crowded in August and having a bunch of chairs reserved made all the difference. Can’t recommend this place enough!!
The location is excellent close to the town to buy supplies and as well as to the beach which is really convenient. Salvatore is a wonderful host who helped us even with the smallest needs and guidance on where to go on trips in the area. The house is perfect for a big group since everybody has their own bedroom, which includes a bathroom. The pool area was nice and the water is clean and fresh. I would really recommend anybody to come and stay there

Wir waren als Grossfamilie (16 Personen) für eine Woche Anfang Oktober in der Villa Aronica zu Gast. Insbesondere der Gastgeber/Besitzer der Villa ist sehr freundlich & überaus hilfsbereit. Würden wir wieder buchen!
Vor allem ist der Eigentümer wahnsinnig sympathisch und ist bei jedem noch so kleinem Problem erreichbar und löst alles!
Einzig der im Februar noch angebotene beheizbare Pool war nicht beheizbar – war kein grosses Problem, wäre aber schön gewesen, wenn die Wassertemperatur im Pool ein, zwei Grad höher gewesen wäre.
Wir waren zum 2. Mal in San Vito lo Capo zum Klettern und es hat uns wiederholt sehr gut gefallen. Ich möchte mich auch noch einmal direkt bei Ihnen für Ihre Unterstützung und Ihr Entgegenkommen in Vorbereitung und auch während der Reise bedanken. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit auf Sizilien und können die Villa Aronica uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
