Villa Sharbat

A luxurious villa with a swimming pool and wellness area located in a peaceful and sunny location near Taormina. Surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden, this exclusive villa boasts a stunning infinity pool and expansive, well-equipped terraces that offer breathtaking views of the countryside and the sea, extending towards Taormina and Mount Etna. Villa Sharbat is a modern property built with full respect for the environment, incorporating eco-friendly technologies and construction methods, including solar thermal and photovoltaic systems, underfloor heating and cooling, and thermal break aluminium frames.

Ideal for relaxing holidays, this villa offers ample space, luxury, and comfort, with a refined contemporary design. The interiors are spread over three levels, connected by a comfortable internal staircase. On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully-equipped kitchen and a spacious living area that opens onto the terraces, garden, and swimming pool through large floor-to-ceiling windows. The first floor features the sleeping area with three bedrooms, each with a patio and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The lower floor houses the fourth bedroom with an en suite bathroom and shower, along with the exclusive wellness area, which includes a large hot tub, sauna, Turkish bath, emotional shower, and fitness area.

The fully air-conditioned villa comes with top-notch amenities: Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, espresso and American coffee machine, wine cellar, ice machine, barbecue area, and private parking. Villa Sharbat is also ideally located, just a short drive from the beautiful beach of Fondachello, Taormina, Etna, and Catania. Further south, you can explore Syracuse, Vendicari, and the enchanting Baroque towns of the Val di Noto.

The swimming pool and wellness area (hot tub, emotional shower, and relaxation area) are available for guests to use freely. For the sauna and Turkish bath, advance notification of 3 hours to the staff on-site is required.

Villa Melograno

Villa Melograno is a bright and inviting holiday retreat, just a 7-minute drive from the beach. Perched on an elevated spot, the villa offers stunning views of olive groves and the sea. It is surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden filled with vines and pomegranate trees, creating a serene and picturesque setting.

The town of Menfi is just a 10-minute drive away, where you’ll find restaurants, cafés, and shops for all your needs. The beautiful sandy beach of Lido Fiori is a 15-minute drive, while the quaint fishing village of Porto Palo, known for its stunning beach and excellent seafood restaurants, is only 20 minutes away by car.

Villa Prima Fila

The exterior of Villa Prima Fila features a spectacular covered terrace with sea views, furnished with a dining table and chairs—perfect for enjoying al fresco meals with family and friends. At the heart of the outdoor area lies the magnificent private swimming pool with hydromassage corner and surrounding sun terrace, offering stunning views of the sea. Steps from the sun terrace lead down to a rocky platform with direct sea access—ideal for a refreshing morning swim or snorkeling at any time during the day, without ever leaving the comfort of your villa. Sun loungers on the platform provide guests with a spot to soak up the breathtaking scenery and unforgettable sunsets at sea level. Additionally, two canoes and stand-up paddleboards (SUPs) are provided for guests’ enjoyment.

Guests have access to two parking spaces located in a communal parking area. A washing machine and dryer are also available. Next door to the villa is an esteemed nautical club, where visitors can rent motorboats, sailing boats, and lasers, or book snorkeling and diving equipment and lessons with professional instructors. The villa offers its guests a rubber boat available for rental, which can be operated without a boating license, perfect for exploring the Sicilian coastline at leisure. For relaxation and rejuvenation, the villa also features a wonderful spa area complete with Turkish bath, whirlpool, chromatic shower, and some fitness equipment.

Villa Mandralisca

This exclusive and contemporary holiday villa is located directly by the sea, near Cefalù—one of Sicily’s most charming and sought-after destinations. Villa Mandralisca enjoys a spectacular panoramic setting and features a spacious terrace and beautifully maintained garden, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape and the sparkling sea. Only a few steps away is a small yet delightful bay, providing direct sea access which is shared with another villa positioned behind Villa Mandralisca.

The villa is stylishly furnished with careful attention to detail and comes fully equipped with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, stereo system, washing machine, dishwasher, safe, and air conditioning. The inviting interiors extend across three floors. The ground floor includes a bright and airy living room with large panoramic windows opening onto the terrace, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, one standard double bedroom, one double bedroom with a French-sized bed (1.20m), and a bathroom. The first floor houses the master bedroom with a king-size bed and a private bathroom with shower. On the lower ground floor, accessible via both internal and external staircases, there is another spacious living area complete with TV and fireplace, a third bathroom, and a convenient laundry room.

Villa Mandralisca provides an ideal setting for guests looking for relaxation and tranquility while remaining only a short drive from the picturesque historic center of Cefalù. Explore Cefalù’s iconic Norman cathedral, wander its quaint alleyways, or enjoy its boutique shops, cozy cafés, fine restaurants, and lively nightlife. Nearby attractions worth visiting include Castelbuono, the scenic Madonie mountains, and historic towns like Petralia and Gangi. The vibrant city of Palermo, reachable within an hour by train, and the renowned cathedral of Monreale also make ideal day-trip destinations.

Villa Torre Canalotto

Torre Canalotto is a distinguished villa built around an ancient watchtower, located near the towns of Castelvetrano and Selinunte—Europe’s largest archaeological site. The nearby coast features several beautiful, unspoiled beaches, including the protected Oasis in Torre Salsa and Punta Granitola, areas preserved by environmental organizations like WWF. This region of Western Sicily is also known for producing high-quality olive oil from the ‘Nocellara del Belice’ olives.

Set on a hill with olive and citrus trees, Torre Canalotto is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with palm and cypress trees, broad lawns, and a small pond accented by bamboo and papyrus, providing a lovely setting for the pool and its area. The villa’s main house and annex combine modern touches with classic elements, resulting in a unique and comfortable atmosphere.

The property serves as an ideal base for exploring Western Sicily. Attractions such as the archaeological site of Selinunte, the salt pans of Trapani and Marsala, Erice, Segesta, Scala dei Turchi in Realmonte, the Egadi Islands, wineries like Pellegrino and Florio, and the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento are all within easy driving distance and worth visiting.

Villa Luna di Mare

Villa Luna di Mare is an attractive and modern holiday villa, set in a quiet hillside location with stunning panoramic views. Just a few minutes’ drive from the center of Trapani, the villa offers a peaceful and scenic retreat.

The villa is elegantly furnished with modern conveniences throughout. From the spacious living and dining room, large windows provide fantastic sea views, stretching over the Mediterranean to the Egadi Islands.

On the ground floor, you’ll find an open-plan kitchen with a central island, fully equipped for modern cooking. The living and dining room offers an open space design, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The spacious bathroom features a jacuzzi tub and power showers for added comfort. There’s also a laundry room with a washing machine for your convenience.

From the living area, glass doors lead to a beautiful, covered terrace, which includes a dining area perfect for al fresco meals, a lounge area where you can relax and enjoy the views, and a separate section with sun loungers for sunbathing.

Villa Suite Aegusana

Suite Aegusana is a luxury pool villa on the beautiful Aegadian island of Favignana, only 20 minutes by hydrofoil from Trapani. The location is outstanding, only a few minutes from the famous turquoise waters of the island’s two most beautiful bays, Cala Azzurra and the mythical Cala Rossa. The villa is nestled in a lush Mediterranean garden and also offers a beautiful, large lawn, integrated lovingly into the surrounding landscape. Built with sustainable living in mind and environmentally friendly construction methods and materials, Suite Aegusana features a completely unique design inspired by traditional architectural elements of the island.

Late check-in is available from 19:00 to 23:00. Please note that access after 23:00 is not allowed, and check-in will be postponed until the following morning.

Villa Le Vigne

Villa Le Vigne is a stylish yet comfortable holiday villa with a private pool and panoramic views, located on Sicily’s southwest coast near the popular area of Selinunte. Set atop a hill and surrounded by vineyards, the villa is just a short stroll from a beautiful sandy beach that stretches to Selinunte. Lovingly restored and thoughtfully furnished, Le Vigne offers plenty of outdoor space for sunbathing, reading in the shade, dining al fresco, or taking a refreshing dip in the pool. Its location makes it an ideal retreat for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing holiday with plenty to explore nearby. Highlights in the region include the impressive archaeological site of Selinunte, the charming fishing village of Porto Palo with its excellent seafood restaurants, the historic capital Palermo, Mazara del Vallo with its unique Kasbah, and the renowned Valley of the Temples in Agrigento.

Tip: The long sandy beach of the Belice River Nature Reserve is only an 800-meter walk from the villa. The beach is rarely crowded, allowing you to enjoy its pristine nature.

The popular nearby restaurant La Pineta is located right on the beach, a 1,200-meter walk from the villa along the shore (about 10 km by car).

There are plenty of sandy beaches along the coast in every direction. The beaches at Porto Palo, Lido Fiori, and Selinunte are all within a short drive and offer great lidos, bars, and restaurants.

Villa Canto Del Mare

Villa Canto del Mare is a charming and authentic Sicilian villa, beautifully situated right at the water’s edge between the coastal towns of Balestrate and Terrasini, near the delightful village of Trappeto. Additional nearby attractions include Balestrate (8 km), famous for its expansive sandy beaches, Scopello and its surroundings (36 km), the historic Tonnara di Scopello, the pristine landscapes of the Zingaro Nature Reserve, and Terrasini (10 km), renowned for its picturesque coastline, dramatic cliffs, pebble beaches, and charming waterfront restaurants.

Villa Adriana

Villa Adriana is set in one of the most prestigious residential areas of Mondello, the picturesque seaside resort near Palermo. Only 600 meters from the stunning sandy beach with its crystal-clear turquoise waters, as well as the charming fishing village filled with excellent restaurants, bars, and cozy cafés, the villa offers an ideal base for leisurely daytime walks or romantic evening strolls along the captivating Gulf of Mondello.

The villa extends across two levels and is surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden, featuring a spacious swimming pool framed by a beautifully maintained English-style lawn, vibrant flowers, and an assortment of pine, olive, and palm trees. A majestic tropical Bird of Paradise plant adds a striking touch beside the pool.

Both the inviting living and dining areas on the ground floor, and the four stylish bedrooms upstairs, offer superb views of the garden and pool through large, elegant windows.

The ground floor boasts an exceptionally bright and airy living room, illuminated by windows on three sides and enhanced by a charming fireplace. Adjacent is a refined dining room, also featuring its own fireplace and large glass doors that overlook the pool, creating an inviting atmosphere even in the cooler months. Together with ample furnished terraces and a spectacular pool area, the villa promises comfort, elegance, and relaxation year-round.

A generously-sized, fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor seamlessly connects with both indoor and outdoor dining areas, and includes a dedicated BBQ area at the rear.

The four tastefully decorated bedrooms are located on the first floor, accessed via an elegant staircase with original Art Nouveau banisters. The spacious master suite features high ceilings, a private lounge area with a fireplace, and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. A second master bedroom, also with high ceilings, includes a private covered terrace and its own en-suite bathroom with shower. The villa also provides one additional double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both sharing a bright and spacious bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are air-conditioned for optimal comfort. Additionally, there is a stylishly designed guest toilet on the ground floor, adorned with distinctive black-and-white ceramics.

Villa Cielomare – no longer available

Villa Cielomare is a beautifully restored two-storey villa perched on a hillside near Cefalù, featuring a charming garden, a spacious swimming pool, and sweeping views of the sea. Meticulously renovated and tastefully decorated, the villa and its grounds provide plenty of space for relaxation in a truly captivating setting.

Inside, the atmosphere is reminiscent of a welcoming family home by the sea, with lime-washed walls, exposed wooden ceiling beams, polished grey concrete floors, and a thoughtfully curated mix of natural materials, textiles, and eclectic furnishings that lend a warm, lived-in feel.

The ground floor includes the living room, dining area, and kitchen, all designed to flow seamlessly and comfortably. Upstairs, the sleeping quarters feature two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms—ideal for two couples—alongside a third bedroom with four single beds and a large bathroom, perfectly suited for children.
