Interior:
The interiors are spacious, with colourful walls and matching furnishings, reflecting a distinctly Sicilian style. The villa is arranged to ensure that even large family groups can have the privacy of their own space.
The central part of the villa can accommodate up to six people in two double rooms and one twin room with en-suite bathroom. A large living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting room opens onto the main terrace. Shaded and furnished with a dining table, it is perfect for gathering the entire group at any time of the day.
An external staircase leads to the recently renovated first floor with its spacious living area, which opens onto a large terrace with panoramic views of the pool, Cefalù and the sea. This part of the villa can accommodate up to 10 people; it has three double bedrooms, two of which are lofted with two more single beds, ideal for teenagers. Each of these rooms has a private bathroom.
Ground floor: two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom (can be double) with private bathroom, open-plan living room with double sofa bed and dining area, large kitchen with dining area. Doors lead to a covered terrace and pool area. First floor with independent access: large living area with small kitchenette, access to outdoor patio, double bedroom (king-size bed) with en-suite bathroom, two further double bedrooms (king-size beds) with en-suite bathroom and loft with two single beds.
Exterior/Park:
Villa Provenza is surrounded by palm trees and gardens overlooking the sea. It also has large terraces for outdoor meals, a playground and a large swimming pool with solarium. There is also a table tennis table and a barbecue area.
Swimming pool:
The large, irregularly shaped pool measures 9 x 6m, and is 1.40m to 1.70m deep. The purification system is salt-based. The pool will be open from May 1st to October 31st.

The owner, Stefano, was very kind and gracious. His response time to our questions was quick and satisfactory. We all loved each having our own en-suite bathrooms with showers. The home was outstanding – very new and modern. We appreciated some beer and wine that was provided as well. Overall it was the perfect place to have a family reunion. Thank you, Stefano!
The villa was outstanding, beautiful pool area, outdoor kitchen and lovely en-suite bedrooms with super comfy beds. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Marco made us feel very welcome and was on hand if we needed any help or advice during our stay.
