Interior
The fully air-conditioned villa is spread across two floors. On the ground floor, an antique wooden door opens into the main entrance hall, which leads to a hallway and a bright informal living room, complete with comfortable sofas and a large bookshelf. The adjoining dining area, surrounded by windows, overlooks the outdoor space and connects directly to the kitchen, which can also be accessed from the corridor. Nearby, you’ll find a small single bedroom and a private bathroom. Also on this floor are two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, and private access to the outdoors. In addition to the bedrooms, the ground floor includes a formal dining room that opens onto a terrace and a second living area featuring double-glazed windows with garden views. Upstairs, there are two more spacious double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, wardrobes, and private terraces offering views of the countryside and the Vendicari marsh. All bathrooms are decorated with traditional majolica tiles crafted by Nicolò Giuliano of Monreale and feature double sinks, large showers, and skylights for natural light.
Park
The landscaped grounds of the villa are beautifully designed. Upon entering the property, guests are greeted by an orange tree-lined driveway and a dramatic stone staircase framed by cacti and artwork. A large furnished terrace with a shaded seating area wraps around the house. On the opposite side of the terrace, there’s another outdoor lounge with built-in sofas, accessible from one of the ground-floor bedrooms. Winding paths lead uphill through Mediterranean vegetation to a shaded outdoor dining area with a fixed barbecue and a large wooden table with benches. A built-in seating area at the end of this path overlooks the Vendicari marsh. Steps bordered by rosemary lead down to a lower level of the garden, where you’ll find the swimming pool, a bathroom with a shower, and a small gym equipped with two exercise bikes and a multifunction bench. The park also includes a cactus garden and a pond (please supervise children in this area).
Swimming Pool
The infinity pool is located in a private area, approximately 50 meters from the house and accessible via 15 steps. Rectangular in shape, it measures 16 x 4 meters with a depth of 1.20 to 1.80 meters. The pool is lined with PVC and bordered with pale local stone. A teak wood deck surrounds the pool and is furnished with sun loungers and chairs under a bamboo canopy. A nearby changing room includes hot water showers and a bathroom, and there is also a small air-conditioned gym in this area. The pool is illuminated for evening use and is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
