Villa Feudale is a beautifully restored 13th-century Sicilian country estate set on 110 acres, featuring elegant suites, lush gardens, a grand dining hall, a swimming pool, and modern comforts in a historic setting.

Villa Feudale is a beautifully restored Sicilian country estate, perched on the edge of the Iblean plateau with sweeping views of Mount Etna and the Tyrrhenian Sea. Just 30 minutes from Catania and 10 minutes from the coast, the villa is ideally located for exploring Syracuse, Taormina, Noto, Modica, Ragusa, and Mount Etna.

Dating back to the 13th century, the estate has been carefully renovated to offer modern comforts while preserving the charm and historical character of the property. A large door beside the 17th-century chapel opens into the main entrance hall, which connects to the living quarters through original arched doorways. Inside, you’ll find a spacious drawing room with a fireplace, leading into a library filled with books on the villa’s history and archival photos. A second sitting area and a grand dining room flow seamlessly into the professional kitchen, the covered porch, and out through large glass doors to the formal Italian gardens and the Indian pavilion.

All living spaces open onto the central courtyard, where 10 of the villa’s 12 elegant bedrooms are located. Each room has a private entrance and en-suite bathroom, with options for interconnecting suites. The accommodation includes six superior suites, two junior suites, and four standard rooms—each individually designed and tastefully furnished.

Along the courtyard’s opposite side is the rear façade of the owners’ residence. The owners occasionally stay in the East Wing, and their deep knowledge of the property’s history adds a special layer to your stay. Guests may be invited to join private tours, offering rare insight into the estate’s fascinating past.

Across from the main entrance is a manicured English garden where the final two bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, are located. Adjacent to these is the leisure area, featuring a large swimming pool (20m x 9m), a Turkish bath, sauna, and a fully equipped summer kitchen with a barbecue and shaded outdoor dining area—perfect for al fresco meals.

Set on 110 acres of private land, Villa Feudale is surrounded by expansive gardens with shaded corners, scenic viewpoints, and quiet seating areas that invite moments of calm, connection, and escape.
