The main house is spread over two levels and features bright, inviting interiors that open onto the garden and surrounding landscape through expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. On the ground floor, there is an open living area with a kitchen, a luxurious master suite with an exposed whirlpool tub and private bathroom, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and a fourth bathroom with shower. The upper floor, accessible via an external staircase, includes a second living and dining room with kitchen, one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom, and an additional service bathroom. The separate annexe offers two more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
The villa also includes a wellness area complete with a sauna and treadmill, as well as a wide range of amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, eight televisions, satellite receiver, dryer, two washing machines, two dishwashers, a safe, and a barbecue. From Villa Giardini, the historic charm of Taormina and the nearby coast can be reached in just a few minutes by car. The villa also provides easy access to the beaches of Fondachello and Giardini Naxos, Etna Park, the Alcantara Gorges, the seaside towns along the Riviera dei Ciclopi, and the cities of Catania and Syracuse.
