Accommodation and Amenities

Villa Jaya offers accommodation for 16-20 guests, with additional capacity for babies and children, distributed across two principal buildings:

• The Manor House: Features eight exclusive guest rooms (four double/suites and four twin/convertible doubles) spread across the Upper and Lower Garden Floors. All rooms boast exquisite antique furnishings, ensuite bathrooms, A/C, and either a private balcony or direct garden access.
  • Communal Spaces: Include the elegant Orangerie sitting area and dining room (seating up to 60), a tranquil Library for reflection, and the magnificent Belvedere on the first floor, offering unrivalled views and a versatile space for events, yoga, or relaxation.
• The Old Boat House: Provides further accommodation for 4-6 guests with two bedrooms, one convertible living room, three bathrooms, and a large covered terrace.

The property is equipped with polished terracotta floors, lofty ceilings, and gallery-quality mid-century antiques. Modern amenities include a high-definition HOME CINEMA, multiple entertainment systems (Sky/Sat TV, DVD/CD), Wi-Fi, and a professional kitchen.

Outdoor and Leisure

The grounds feature a stunning infinity swimming pool shaded by rare palms, a synthetic grass and sand private tennis court with night lighting, a Finnish sauna, and opportunities for walking and jogging through the organic orange groves and surrounding archaeological hills.

Bespoke Services

The rental price includes a dedicated, experienced team for 7 hours per day, comprising a talented cook, attentive butler, and two maids. This includes cooking three times a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and daily cleaning.

• Catering Policy: A flat rate applies for food packages (Continental Breakfast: EUR 20 p/p, Light Lunch: EUR 40 p/p, Dinner: EUR 60 p/p), which covers shopping service and non-alcoholic beverages. Guests are not permitted to buy or bring their own food to maintain the strict organic standard.
• Experiences: Guests are encouraged to enjoy a farm walk with the owner or arrange private guided tours to discover Sicily’s rich heritage.

• Nearest Sandy Beaches: Located 24km east of the estate, including Agnone Bagni and the elegant Lidi along the Plaja di Catania.
• Coastal Excursions: The picturesque fishing village of Brucoli (45 minutes) offers waterfront dining. The most exquisite beaches, such as Fontane Bianche and Vendicari (south of Siracusa), and those along the southern coast (Pozzallo, Ispica), are reachable within 1 to 1.5 hours.
• Golf Courses: Four exceptional 18-hole courses are within a 30-to-90-minute drive, including Il Picciolo Golf Club (on the slopes of Etna), I Monasteri Golf Resort, Donnafugata Golf Resort (two courses), and Le Saie Golf Club.

Food package costs:

Flat rate for food at:

• EUR 20 per person, per day for continental breakfast,
• EUR 40 per person, per day for light lunch (starter, first course, dessert)
• EUR 60 per person, per day for dinner “candle-light” (starter, first course, main course, side dish, dessert)

including shopping service, non alcoholic beverage. Children up to 5 years of age completed eat for free.

All food is exclusively procured either by the chef or by the gardner or trusted suppliers . To safeguard the strict standard of organic ingredients served at Villa Jaya, guests are not allowed to buy and bring food to the villa at any time. Based on past experiences, the average adult spends approximately EUR 500 per week at the Villa. Upon arrival, a cash deposit (covering initial expenses) is required. We recommend at least EUR 500
