Villa Elaia (Main Villa)

Set right above the water, Villa Elaia (Main Villa) offers 200 m² of beautifully crafted living space, distinguished by its refined layout and its stunning panoramic terrace perched on the cliffs, where guests can take in unforgettable views of the coastline and the open sea. The thoughtful design of the rooms and outdoor areas, the choice of natural materials, the restoration inspired by Arte Povera, and the lush garden with its pool all contribute to making this property a truly exceptional retreat.
Whether for families or groups, the villa provides an elegant setting for a memorable seaside holiday. The heated Jacuzzi overlooking the coastline and the silhouette of Cefalù and its Cathedral, together with the flourishing garden, ensures peaceful moments of wellbeing. For active guests, two canoes are available, and the sandy beach of Mazzaforno—just a short stroll away—offers additional sports and leisure options.

The villa can host up to 10 guests by adding two extra beds in the living area (or in one of the bedrooms if preferred).

Villa Jaya

Villa Jaya: A Distinguished Organic Estate Retreat in Sicily. Villa Jaya is a prestigious property nestled within the historic San Giorgio Estate in Sicily, centrally located amidst 120 hectares of organic orange groves and luxurious gardens. It offers guests a panorama of exceptional beauty, with sweeping views towards Mount Etna.

The estate holds profound Natural and Cultural Heritage status, dating back to the 15th century, and features ancient, visible archaeological remnants from the Siculi and Sicani tribes (5000 BC). Villa Pillirina

Villa Pillirina is an exquisite villa with a swimming pool, nestled in the heart of the Plemmirio Marine Protected Area and only a few kilometres from the historic centre of Syracuse. Commanding a panoramic position, the property offers stunning sea views, which can be enjoyed in complete serenity from the beautiful pool, its sun deck, furnished terraces, and garden.

Recently constructed in 2022, this contemporary villa features spacious interiors spanning over 400 square metres, divided between a main villa and two welcoming annexes. In the main house, the living area is situated on the pool level and includes a large sitting room with a television, a dining room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The first floor comprises the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and another bathroom. The ground floor of the villa, which is self-contained and accessed from the outside, has a living area with a dining room and kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. The two annexes house the fifth and sixth bedrooms, each with a patio, a mini-fridge, and an en-suite bathroom.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and also comes with Wi-Fi, a safe, two dishwashers, a washer-dryer, and an outdoor kitchen. The exclusive swimming pool is heated and purified with salt, eliminating the need for chlorine.

From the villa, which is just a few hundred metres from the cliffs and the magnificent sea of Plemmirio, the charming historic centre of Ortigia is only a short drive away. Nearby, you will find the baroque towns of the Val di Noto, the nature reserves of Cavagrande del Cassibile and Vendicari, as well as Catania, Mount Etna, and Taormina.

There are plenty of sandy beaches along the coast in every direction. The beaches at Porto Palo, Lido Fiori, and Selinunte are all within a short drive and offer great lidos, bars, and restaurants.
