Interior

The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area, featuring charming exposed wooden beams and three spacious double bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for every guest.

On the lower floor, a bright and generous open-plan living space unfolds around a fireplace, with a comfortable lounge area and a large dining table seating up to 12 guests. This area flows seamlessly into a fully equipped dine-in kitchen and is complemented by a fourth guest bathroom.

The villa is equipped with all modern appliances, including a dishwasher, and is fully supplied with tableware, bed linen, and towels to ensure a seamless and relaxing stay.

Exterior

Outdoors, a wide panoramic veranda enveloped by jasmine and bougainvillea is furnished as an elegant open-air living room, featuring white sofas, rugs, and a refined stone-and-marble dining table for 12 guests.

Beneath the veranda, a built-in outdoor kitchen, barbecue, and open-air shower create the perfect setting for summer dinners and convivial gatherings.

The expansive Mediterranean garden, with lawn, olive trees, and fruit trees, leads through a suggestive stone amphitheatre to the private swimming pool (11 × 2 metres). The pool area is surrounded by a dedicated sunbathing and relaxation space, complete with an additional outdoor shower.

Villa Pillirina

Villa Pillirina is an exquisite villa with a swimming pool, nestled in the heart of the Plemmirio Marine Protected Area and only a few kilometres from the historic centre of Syracuse. Recently constructed in 2022, this contemporary villa features spacious interiors spanning over 400 square metres, divided between a main villa and two welcoming annexes.
