Villa Calipso

Villa Calipso is a charming seaside villa situated in Solanto–Santa Flavia, just 20 km east of Palermo. Beautifully positioned right on the coast, the villa features a spectacular terrace directly overlooking the sea. Tastefully furnished with careful attention to detail, this spacious and welcoming villa offers generous outdoor living areas, including a large sun terrace equipped with deck chairs, a splendid covered masonry BBQ area with an outdoor dining table—ideal for al fresco meals—and a comfortable covered lounge area for relaxation. Guests can also enjoy direct sea access via a small staircase from the terrace, perfect for spontaneous swims throughout the day.

The main house of Villa Calipso spreads over two levels. On the ground floor (five steps above the terrace and garden level) is a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, a pleasant veranda/lounge, one double bedroom (an additional folding bed can be provided upon request), one twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a convenient laundry room.

On the first floor, accessed via an external staircase, is another spacious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (shower) and a large terrace with a covered sitting area offering panoramic sea views.

About 40 meters away from the main house is a fully independent annex, providing additional privacy. It comprises a double bedroom, a kitchen, a sitting room with a sofa bed (for one person), and its own private terrace.

Thanks to its proximity and excellent rail connections to Palermo, Villa Calipso is the ideal base for guests who wish to comfortably explore the vibrant Sicilian capital, while staying in the relaxed atmosphere of a smaller coastal town. Other interesting attractions nearby include the archaeological site of Solanto and the historic Basilica of Santa Flavia.

Villa Mazzaforno

Villa Mazzaforno is an attractive, beautifully maintained holiday villa featuring a private swimming pool (13 x 3 m), situated only a short stroll away from the lovely sandy beach of Mazzaforno. Surrounded by spacious terraces and a lush Mediterranean garden adorned with palm trees, olive trees, and vibrant flowering bougainvillea, the villa offers a tranquil and inviting setting.

On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious living area opening directly onto a furnished terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with easy access to a shaded outdoor dining area, as well as two comfortable double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first floor, reached via an internal staircase, offers an additional furnished terrace with wonderful sea views stretching out towards Cefalù, along with a cozy reading nook and a sofa bed.

Just a few steps away from the main villa is a charming annex, decorated in the same tasteful style as the main house. It features the third double bedroom, a private bathroom, and a small terrace with an outdoor seating area.

This villa is ideal for families and small groups who wish to enjoy the convenience of staying close to the beach while having the luxury of a private pool. Its proximity to Cefalù makes it a perfect base for exploring this beautiful coastal town—famous as Sicily’s Norman jewel—with its historic sites, charming streets, shops, and restaurants.

In low season, the annex is not included in the rental.

Please note: The surrounding nature reserve is home to free-roaming wildlife, including friendly donkeys and cats. At a safe distance, the owners’ horses are securely fenced in, and there is an aviary at the property’s boundary. For the wellbeing of the reserve and its inhabitants, it is recommended that all gates remain closed at all times.

Special recommendation: A delightful 30-minute walk along the beach, passing through the Belice Nature Reserve, leads you to La Pineta in Marinella di Selinunte—one of the area’s finest restaurants.

Villa Tiche

Villa Camè is an exclusive villa featuring a private swimming pool, situated in a panoramic location near Ribera, affectionately known as “the City of Oranges,” approximately 40 km north of Agrigento. Surrounded by a beautifully maintained Mediterranean garden, the villa offers spacious terraces and an inviting infinity pool, perfect for relaxing while taking in enchanting views of the surrounding countryside and the sea.

Following a meticulous renovation, Villa Camè provides welcoming interiors arranged over two levels, tastefully furnished and complete with modern comforts, including air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious and luminous living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom (one bedroom is accessible from the outside).
