Villa Orlando is situated on the vibrant northern coast of Sicily, offering breathtaking views. Each suite apartment provides spectacular vistas of the Capo d’Orlando harbour, the peninsula, and the stunning Aeolian Islands, as well as the villa’s meticulously manicured gardens, pool, and temple.

Relax and unwind in one of the many beautiful garden areas of “Parco Pitrè,” enjoy leisurely hours by the infinity pool, practice yoga in the temple, work out in the fitness room, or play a game of bocce or chess. For ultimate relaxation, indulge in the sauna. Throughout the property, you’ll find carefully crafted details, many of which reference historical and literary themes.

Each suite apartment is thoughtfully furnished and equipped to cater to all your needs. The entrance area, Piazza “Benvenuti,” welcomes you and provides easy access to the hillside villa and its suite apartments.

Within a short drive, you’ll reach the most stunning and diverse beaches, the center and shopping district of Capo d’Orlando, and other charming towns and villages. The villa is conveniently located near local retail stores, fashion outlets, restaurants, and specialty shops, making it an ideal starting point for discovering Sicily and exploring the wide variety of activities the island has to offer.

Villa Mazzaforno

Villa Mazzaforno is an attractive, beautifully maintained holiday villa featuring a private swimming pool (13 x 3 m), situated only a short stroll away from the lovely sandy beach of Mazzaforno. Surrounded by spacious terraces and a lush Mediterranean garden adorned with palm trees, olive trees, and vibrant flowering bougainvillea, the villa offers a tranquil and inviting setting.

On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious living area opening directly onto a furnished terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with easy access to a shaded outdoor dining area, as well as two comfortable double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first floor, reached via an internal staircase, offers an additional furnished terrace with wonderful sea views stretching out towards Cefalù, along with a cozy reading nook and a sofa bed.

Just a few steps away from the main villa is a charming annex, decorated in the same tasteful style as the main house. It features the third double bedroom, a private bathroom, and a small terrace with an outdoor seating area.

This villa is ideal for families and small groups who wish to enjoy the convenience of staying close to the beach while having the luxury of a private pool. Its proximity to Cefalù makes it a perfect base for exploring this beautiful coastal town—famous as Sicily’s Norman jewel—with its historic sites, charming streets, shops, and restaurants.

In low season, the annex is not included in the rental.

Villa Lumia

Villa Lumia is a beautifully designed and comfortably furnished villa surrounded by lush lawns, shaded terraces, and an inviting swimming pool. Ideal for families or small groups of friends, the villa comfortably sleeps up to six guests. Each of its three bedrooms features its own contemporary bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy.

Villa Acquamarina

Please note: The surrounding nature reserve is home to free-roaming wildlife, including friendly donkeys and cats. At a safe distance, the owners’ horses are securely fenced in, and there is an aviary at the property’s boundary. For the wellbeing of the reserve and its inhabitants, it is recommended that all gates remain closed at all times.

Special recommendation: A delightful 30-minute walk along the beach, passing through the Belice Nature Reserve, leads you to La Pineta in Marinella di Selinunte—one of the area’s finest restaurants.

Villa Camè is an exclusive villa featuring a private swimming pool, situated in a panoramic location near Ribera, affectionately known as “the City of Oranges,” approximately 40 km north of Agrigento. Surrounded by a beautifully maintained Mediterranean garden, the villa offers spacious terraces and an inviting infinity pool, perfect for relaxing while taking in enchanting views of the surrounding countryside and the sea.

Following a meticulous renovation, Villa Camè provides welcoming interiors arranged over two levels, tastefully furnished and complete with modern comforts, including air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious and luminous living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom (one bedroom is accessible from the outside). The beach is just 550 meters from the villa and can be easily reached on foot.

Villa Feudale

Villa Angelina is a luxurious seafront property with a private swimming pool, located on the Maddalena Peninsula, just 10 km south of Syracuse.
