Accommodating up to eight guests, the villa includes the option of an additional comfortable folding ottoman bed (available for EUR 150 per week). It’s an excellent base for exploring the cultural and natural highlights of the region, including Cefalù, Palermo, the Madonie Mountains, and the area’s award-winning villages.
Surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden, the property is filled with palm and olive trees, oleander, bougainvillea, and other native plants. A recently renovated section of the garden, enclosed by traditional low dry-stone walls, offers a scenic spot to unwind with an aperitif while taking in the stunning sea views. A private gate from the garden leads directly down to the rocky beach below.
Whether from the villa itself or the expansive terrace, guests can enjoy uninterrupted views of the sea, the rugged coastline, and the striking skyline of Cefalù, with its towering Rocca and the twin spires of the Norman Cathedral.

This is a memorable Villa to stay in! It sets the bar high in terms of location, privacy and amenities. Its large, sprawling garden had all the right things to make our stay incredible. We loved sitting on the porch for meals, played board games in the outdoor living room, laid in the sun loungers overlooking the sea, and enjoyed a good night’s rest in the bedrooms with great air conditioners. Anthony was a great on-site host and shared with us his local recommendations for restaurants and shopping.
The public beach is just a short walk from the driveway of the house. The sea is just below the back garden—the steps are a little steep, but it’s worth it to go down the rocks (and even jump in the sea if you are adventurous!). It’s a stunning place to stay, the kitchen is well stocked, and the decor is simple yet inviting. We found it hard to want to leave and sightsee, as we loved just relaxing there at “home.”
Cefalù is only a 5 to 7 minute car ride. There’s a bakery off the main road to grab breakfast pastries in the mornings. Grocery stores are close by as well—Decò is the nicer of the two. Cefalù has some great shopping and restaurants; we ventured into town several times. You can even climb La Rocca if you want some additional exercise. The view of La Rocca from the villa is awesome as well!
My family hopes to return one day and relive this magnificent holiday experience!

Excellent, calm, spacious villa. Well kept and beautiful property. All amenities were there, kitchen well-equipped. Children loved the sandy beach nearby and the big yard. Views unbelievable.
It was a wonderful stay in villa Elisir. Seaview from the villa and a private swimming opportunity. Swimming every morning and evening. Sicily4u was helpful and friendly. I recommend it and I will come back to Sicily with Sicily4u.
