Very usefull advices also during the stay. You can go swimming/snorkling directly from the property – lots of fish and octopus. Very peacefull area, yet close to San vito. I can warmly recommend this property! Very small kitchen, but a nice outdoor large grill. Gravel road the last 800m. Steep driveway, and many steps to the sea (Not recommended for very eldery)
The views are nice, the villa itself is also geat and we especially enjoyed snorkelling in our private bay. Also Lollo, the owner of the villa, was very friendly and helpful!

His villa was excellent, well maintained, clean the overall layout of villa was well thought out when it was built. Biggest concern was the limitation hot water tank in the 2nd unit but Lorenzo explained the situation. Would only recommend for this unit.
(It would be good to mention the private access to the sea [snorkeling!]). The owner was extremely helpful and his hospitality made our arrival at this wonderful place even more pleasant (the local sandwiches and pastries together with the wine were delicious). We were traveling during the high-season of mosquitos and greatly appreciated the mosquito screens at all windows.
Der Vermieter Lorenzo war überaus hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Haus ist ein Juwel, mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Der Abstieg ins Meer ist steil, die Leiter ins Wasser relativ schwer, dafür hat man eine Privatbucht ganz für sich alleine und kann das Schnorcheln geniessen. Es fehlte uns an nichts und wir verbrachten wunderbar erholsame Tage. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft!!
The owner Lollo met us and showed us the key locations in town before heading to the villa. He was engaged via whatsapp and responded with in minutes when we had questions. A true gent and we will definitely return to this paradise. Highly recommend this villa for those who want to get away form the hustle and bustle yet still have the convenience of a small town on their doorstep. This was a dream vacation and made special by the Lorenzo (Lollo).
The kitchen was rather small to cook for 9 people in though but everything else was brilliant!
Antonio in particular was very helpful as Ryanair had carelessly torn up my return boarding card when I left Stansted and Antonio was able to print off a duplicate for me. Please convey my thanks to him. Lollo was also very friendly and welcoming and the whole holiday was a great success.
Gwendolyn from Sicily4U was supremely helpful and the whole experience (which we were a little worried about beforehand) went very well and was great fun! The villa owner is charming and relaxed, the beach superb, clean and the people nice. Just avoid the busy tourist restaurants on the main drag, they are a little poor, however, there are great places to eat and you can cook yourself a wonderful meal on Villa Palmeto’s outdoor grill.
Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Aussicht war super und es war sehr ruhig. Der Vermieter Lorenzo hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns gut über den Ort informiert. Gute Gegend zum Wandern.
Lollo hat uns herzlich empfangen und war innerhalb weniger Minuten am vereinbarten Treffpunkt und auch sonst immer erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die sehr freundliche, unaufdringliche und dennoch immer bekümmerte Betreuung durch Lollo vor Ort. Er hat uns auch auf den teilweise starken Wind in dieser Saison hingewiesen und darauf, dass wir dann die Fensterläden schliessen sollten. Es ist bei Wind tatsächlich sehr zügig im Haus. Dies ist aber auch das Einzige, was wir nicht sehr gut bewerten würden. Insgesamt haben wir die ruhige und abgelegene Lage und die tolle Aussicht sehr genossen.
Die Villa bietet sehr viel Privatsphäre und eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer sowie einen direkten Zugang zum Schwimmen. Der Besitzer Lorenzo ist äußerst hilfsbereit und hat uns mit belegten Broten und Genovesi empfangen, da wir sehr spät ankamen. Er hat sich mehrere Male erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Wir können diese Villa für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub sehr empfehlen. Der Besitzer setzt alles daran, damit man sich wohlfühlen kann, und gibt gute Tipps für Trips, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants.
Das umfangreiche Bildmaterial entsprach genau den Eindrücken, die wir an Ort und Stelle vorfanden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt in der Villa Palmeto, San Vito lo Capo. Wer die Ruhe und einen überragenden Ausblick sucht, ist hier zu Hause. Wir waren vier Erwachsene, aber die Anlage ist weiträumig und locker für eine grössere Familie geeignet. Die Bepflanzung des ca. 2000 m² grossen Grundstückes mit grossen Kakteen und Palmen ist liebevoll angelegt und ist auch sehr gepflegt. Ich selbst bin herzkrank und hatte mit dem Abstieg zum Meer Bedenken. Aber der Weg mit den Stufen zum Meer stellte für mich kein Problem dar. Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden gewesen und werden vielleicht wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Das Haus ist absolut schön und zweckmäßig. Die kleinen Defizite im Haus werden durch die großartige Garten- und Terrassenanlagen mehr als wettgemacht. Lorenzo, der Eigentümer, war sehr freundlich, zuverlässig und hat uns zur Begrüßung mit Wein und diversen sizilianischen Kleinigkeiten überrascht. Vielen Dank!
Alles hat hervorragend geklappt. Alle Fenster haben Mückengitter, in der Küche findet man alles Nötige noch von vorherigen Mietern, was man dann selbstverständlich wieder auffüllt. Auf unser Problem mit der Öffnung/Schließung der Toranlage hat Lorenzo sofort reagiert. Auch Frau Bächle hat uns umgehend angerufen. Schade, konnten wir nicht 2 Wochen bleiben.
Vor allem die Wohnung in Cefalù und die Villa Palmeto haben uns sehr gut gefallen – ein Traum. Wir haben uns an allen drei Orten von den jeweiligen Vertretern sehr, sehr gut betreut gefühlt – vor allem auch von Lollo im Haus Palmeto. Auch Ihre Dienstleistung war toll – danke, danke fürs mehrmalige Nachfragen während unseren Ferien.

Unsere Unterkunft lag sehr abgeschieden, aber wir haben gerade das sehr genossen. Mit den Mietwagen haben wir die Gegend erkundet und fanden es sehr interessant.

A beautiful villa with a panoramic view of the coast set in the national park. A unique spot with access to the sea from the villa. A relaxing place to stay, we all enjoyed our stay here and soaked in the view on the large terraces and enjoyed dips in the sea straight from the garden. The owner made us feel very welcome and was very helpful. Great location for walks along the coast and access to Zingaro reserve (northern gate) where the beaches are amazing. Neighbouring San Vito is a good spot for dining out as well as another beautiful beach. A great location to explore the area. Highly recommend the villa and the area.
