The main entrance on the side of Villa Tiche opens into a welcoming hallway, featuring a charming sitting area furnished with two unique armchairs. This area serves as a connecting point between the living spaces, separated by a sleek sliding glass door, and a contemporary iron staircase leading upstairs. The spacious open-plan living area boasts modular sofas and a flat-screen television, creating an inviting space to relax. Adjacent to this is a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a central island and an elegant dining table accommodating up to ten guests. The expansive French doors provide abundant natural light and seamless access to the veranda.
On the ground floor, two double bedrooms offer privacy and comfort, each equipped with a walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with shower, and direct garden access. Additionally, a small yet efficient laundry room is conveniently located near the sleeping quarters.
Ascending the designer staircase from the entrance hall, the upper floor features three additional double bedrooms, each boasting an ensuite bathroom with shower and furnished terraces offering breathtaking sea views. Each room includes a desk, while one room additionally provides a cozy seating area with a sofa. An external staircase from this level conveniently leads down to the rear garden.

Adjacent is a 15-square-meter sun terrace with loungers and parasols. An outdoor sun shower is conveniently located nearby. The saltwater-sanitized pool is illuminated for evening swims and is available year-round.
