As you approach the villa, you pass through shaded outdoor areas that include both a dining space and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. A spacious terrace, paved with reclaimed African railway sleepers, runs the full length of the house. Here, a small pool, comfortable sofa, and deck chairs provide ample space for unwinding. The shaded dining area sits beside a lawn and is conveniently located just outside the indoor kitchen. The outdoor kitchen includes a hob and sink, and it’s the perfect spot for leisurely lunches cooked on the barbecue or in the wood-fired oven, all enjoyed with an unforgettable sea view.
Please note: the discreet owner of Villa Talia has a small wooden house around 15 meters from the villa, where he stays on weekends to be available for check-in, check-out, or any assistance needed. The pool is not visible from his house, but the access road is shared.
The road leading from the gate to the villa is narrow and sloped; you may occasionally need to reverse to allow other vehicles to pass. Shops and restaurants are within easy reach by car or a scenic walk to the coastal village of Sant’Ambrogio, and the lively town of Cefalù is just a short drive away.
